• Applicants must be at least 21 years old to apply
• Responsibilities Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting plants to promote healthy growth and high-quality yields Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, light levels, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant health Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation area, including grow rooms and common areas.

Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all cultivation activities Skills Hands-on experience with growing plants in greenhouse or indoor environments Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and other maintenance tools safely Strong understanding of farming practices, agriculture principles, and horticulture techniques Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to irrigation or nutrient mixing Physical ability for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking; comfort working outdoors or in controlled environments
