Assistant Beekeeper

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team. This position is essential for supporting various farming operations, including beekeeping and running an apple orchard. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, be a self starter, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. A strong emphasis on BEEKEEPING and Apple Orchard Duties Assist in the planting, growing, and harvesting of crops. (Apples) Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for planting and harvesting. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks. Conduct irrigation activities to ensure optimal crop growth. Provide care for farm animals, including feeding and monitoring health. Repair and maintain equipment as needed to ensure efficient operation. Help with garden maintenance, including weeding and pest control. Work with Bees and harvesting honey, labeling jars and honey delivery Qualifications Must have experience with bees Experience with farm machinery and equipment is preferred. Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in agricultural settings. Knowledge of animal handling practices is a plus. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills related to farming operations. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
