Duties Assist with planting, harvesting, trimming, and general crop maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery such as tractors and irrigation systems Operate equipment safely and efficiently under supervision Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules for cannabis plants in outdoor fields Support operations and horticultural tasks to promote healthy, vigorous plant growth Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow strict sanitation and compliance protocols Experience Growing experience in crops, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation, including greenhouse management or irrigation systems Basic math skills for measurements, nutrient calculations, or planting schedules Knowledge of farming practices such as soil preparation, crop rotation, or greenhouse cultivation is advantageous This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
