Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Greenhouse Maintainer to upkeep of our greenhouse environment. This vital role involves ensuring optimal growing conditions, maintaining irrigation systems, and supporting plant health through hands-on care and landscape management. If you enjoy working outdoors, utilizing hand and power tools, and have experience in greenhouse or agricultural settings, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative plant cultivation projects. Duties Operate and troubleshoot irrigation systems to ensure consistent watering schedules and prevent water waste Use hand tools and power tools for planting, pruning, repotting, and general maintenance tasks Support planting schedules by preparing soil beds, transplanting seedlings, and managing crop rotations Conduct routine landscape maintenance around the greenhouse area, including lawn care, pruning, mulching, and weed control Assist with farming activities such as pest management, fertilization, and harvesting crops as needed
