Job Summary Cultivation Technician :

Provides hands-on support to the Cannabis Cultivation Department, primarily within harvest, bucking, and trim operations. This role performs manual labor tasks while adhering to company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency. Cultivation Technician

• Key Responsibilities Execute harvest and trim operations including cleaning, product quality checks, material transport, plant waste handling, and support of overall harvest workflows.

Operate scales, small equipment (sorting, trimming, rendering machines), and manual equipment such as carts, transport platforms, scaffolding, and ladders in accordance with safety standards and OSHA regulations. Perform detailed, dexterous work using sharp tools while maintaining product integrity, safety, and production efficiency. Maintain accurate operational logs and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status or concerns. Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and adhere to all company SOPs, policies, and safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with the Klutch Cannabis mission and values.

Qualifications include:

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate. Past trimming or horticultural experience is a preferred but not required Language Skills
• Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisors and team members. Mathematical Skills
• Basic math skills. Safety and Security
• Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Quality Control —The individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality. Other Qualifications
• Reliable transportation.

Valid Driver's License preferred.
