This is an Agricultural Labor Program clearance order for temporary or seasonal agricultural workers.

Interested applicants should report to any State Workforce Agency (SWA) career center for help in contacting the employer. Referral by a career center provides program guarantees and protections that may not be available to a worker not referred. Workers must have valid identification for I-9 preparation when they report to the employer's location to begin work. The employer may use the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify Program to verify employment eligibility. C. Workers referred to this job by a SWA should report to a career center between 5 and 9 work days before the job start date to verify the job start date is the same. Failure to do so may disqualify the worker from the assurances of this Job Order. Worksites are located in Sandusky County, Erie County, Medina County, Huron County, and Mongomery County, Ohio. The housing is in Clyde, Ohio (Sandusky County). D.
Job Offer:
griculture Equipment Operator to operate equipment used to harvest field crops. Drivers responsible for transporting workers will be required to have a valid and unexpired Federal Farm Labor Contractor or Federal Farm Labor Contractor Employee Registration with driving authorization. Will be responsible for operating the vehicles used to move crops on the farm. Must be able to safely operate the buses that are used to transport workers to and from work sites. Should be able to provide proof of accident-free driving record and background. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Operate forklifts and equipment used to move supplies and harvesting equipment in the field. Maintain harvest equipment. Must be able to reach, bend and lift items weighing 70 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors in dusty/dirty conditions, at extreme heat and cold inclement weather. Must be able to listen to, understand, and follow simple instructions of supervisors and dispatcher. Must be able to work in fields where ants, snakes and poison ivy are encountered. The alternative work is truck maintenance and farm maintenance including the repair, irrigation, vehicles and various equipment and tools used on the farm. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination. Deben poder trabajar al aire libre en condiciones de polvo y suciedad, con calor y fro extremos y condiciones climticas adversas. Deben poder escuchar, comprender y seguir instrucciones sencillas de los supervisores y el despachador. Deben poder trabajar en campos donde hay hormigas, serpientes y hiedra venenosa. El trabajo alternativo consiste en el mantenimiento de camiones y de la granja, incluyendo la reparacin de sistemas de riego, vehculos y diversos equipos y herramientas utilizados en la granja. El uso de telfonos celulares u otros dispositivos electrnicos personales durante las horas de trabajo est estrictamente prohibido, excepto para llamadas relacionadas con el trabajo o emergencias, y su incumplimiento puede resultar en la terminacin inmediata del contrato. Pay - Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR): $14.38 per hour guarantee. ¾ Guarantee is in effect.

Weekly. Employer provides tools/equipment.
Withholding:
Federal Income Tax, Social Security and Medicare, and any deductions agreed to by the worker in writing. Work rules will be found in the Clearance Order. E. Contract period is April 10, 2026, to October 25, 2026.
Hours:
36 hours per week
Days/Hours:
Monday thru Saturday 6 hours per day . Work may be offered but not required on Sundays and holidays. Extra work hours may be offered based on weather and other conditions. F. Employer will refund workers living outside commuting distance the reasonable transportation and subsistence costs to report for the first day of work on the 50% date. Will provide workers who complete the contract period the reasonable cost of transportation and subsistence to return to place of recruitment or to report to the next H-2A job. G.
Housing and Board:
See ETA 790 . Meals (Board): See ETA 790 . Housing meets the requirements of Federal, State and Local regulations. Rules regarding living accommodations will be found in the Clearance Order. Transportation provided by the employer meets the requirements of Federal, State and Local regulations. H. Prohibition against preferential treatment of H-2A workers: The employer's job offer must offer to U.S. workers no less than the same benefits, wages, and working conditions that the employer is offering, intends to offer, or will provide to H-2A workers. Job offers may not impose on U.S. workers any restrictions or obligations that will not be imposed on the employer's H-2A workers. This does not relieve the employer from providing to H-2A workers at least the same level of minimum benefits, wages, and working conditions which must be offered to U.S. workers. I.
