$27 to $31 base, depending on experience

Commission Pay:

5% of your revenue

Other Bonuses:

$15 for every google review, $1500 for referrals of employees, $10 additional for every snow hour they work for us (~150 hours per year)

Position Summary:

Core Responsibilities:

Assist with servicing and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems during the training program Learn hands-on troubleshooting for drainage, lighting, sump pump, and irrigation components Support experienced technicians on job sites while building technical confidence and field skills Deliver professional, friendly customer interactions that reflect Rain One's trusted reputation Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and workspaces while following team standards
