We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team year-round. What You'll Do As a Farm & Operations Hand, you'll be a key part of our day-to-day operations across the growing season and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

Operating and assisting with farm equipment such as tractors, planters, sprayers, combines, and grain-handling equipment Helping with planting, spraying, and harvest activities Loading, unloading, moving, and monitoring grain (augers, dryers, bins, and handling equipment) Hauling and transporting product, equipment, and supplies as needed Performing routine equipment maintenance, basic repairs, and shop work General upkeep of grounds, facilities, and equipment, including mowing, cleanup, and seasonal tasks Following all safety procedures and helping keep a clean, safe work environment Other duties as needed to support the operation, especially during peak planting and harvest seasons What We're Looking For A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning to operate and maintain farm equipment Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, or willingness to obtain one) Ability to work flexible hours, including extended days during planting and harvest A safety-minded, team-oriented attitude Prior farm, agriculture, or equipment-operation experience is preferred — but we're willing to train the right person

Pay:

$17.50 - $25.00 per hour
