LBR Landscape & Irrigation Position Overview LBR Landscape & Irrigation is currently hiring an experienced Irrigation Repair Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in diagnosing problems, providing quality repairs, and delivering excellent customer service. This position focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial irrigation systems throughout the Tulsa area. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including valves, pipe breaks, sprinkler heads, wiring, and controllers Perform seasonal startups, winterizations, inspections, and system adjustments Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical irrigation problems Install irrigation additions, upgrades, and system improvements as needed Identify and communicate recommended repairs and water-saving opportunities Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and service vehicles Accurately document completed work and materials used Provide professional service while representing LBR in the field Qualifications 2+ years of irrigation repair or installation experience preferred Working knowledge of irrigation controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, drip systems, and wiring Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Schedule Full-time Monday - Thursday 10-hour shifts Overtime opportunities available Benefits ✅ Weekly direct deposit ✅ Year-round work ✅ 401(k) with 4% company match ✅ Health insurance ✅ Dental insurance ✅ Vision insurance ✅ Paid time off ✅ Six paid holidays ✅ Advancement opportunities Why LBR LBR is a growing landscape and irrigation company serving the Tulsa area.
