Job Description

Job Summary:
Oklahoma Medical Marijuana grow looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to help facilitate the growth of Medical Cannabis. A Cultivation Technician is expected to assist the Head Grower with daily tasks like watering, defoliating, trimming, bucking, harvesting, cleaning, tagging, etc. They are expected to communicate with management at all times regarding daily tasks.

Be focused and attentive to detail, with a flexible mentality. Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff. Strong Organizational and Communicative abilities. Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events that come with working with a living product and may lead to longer hours. Able to sit, squat, and/or stand for long periods of time.
Job Expectations:
Perform duties in a timely manner Complete daily paperwork regarding weights, cleaning, etc. Perform interior custodial duties as needed. Duties may include cleaning grow rooms, cleaning pots, sweeping, mopping, gathering trash and empty trash receptacles daily, etc. Daily Watering and nutrient mixing, Trellising, Defoliating, Cloning, Transplanting, Harvesting, Bucking, Trimming, all other duties given by management. This job operates in a warehouse. Conditions are often humid, hot or cold, and bright. Maintain a positive attitude and atmosphere
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day. The position requires talking and hearing as well as visual acuity. Employees must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
