Full-Time / Part-Time Available Gas Farm OKC is seeking a dependable, entry-level Cultivation Agent to join our indoor cannabis production team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is coachable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced cultivation environment. No prior cannabis experience required — we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Watering and feeding plants according to SOPs Pruning, defoliating, trellising, and transplanting Monitoring plant health and reporting issues to supervisors Maintaining strict sanitation standards Assisting with harvest and room resets Following all OMMA compliance and workplace safety guidelines

Requirements:

Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Oklahoma cannabis industry Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in humid environments Strong work ethic and punctual attendance Ability to follow detailed instructions and work on a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required): Background in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or warehouse work Experience working in fast-paced production environments We are building a culture of professionalism, accountability, and quality.
