Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Cultivation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plant cultivation, irrigation maintenance as well as minor plumbing repairs. This role involves working closely with plants, ensuring their health and growth through proper care and management techniques. The Cultivation Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall productivity of our cultivation operations. Zenoa offers a unique work experience with direct deposit biweekly, benefits, and a fulltime schedule M-F 7am to 3pm, overtime required occasionally. Duties Perform daily tasks related to plant care, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing. Assist in the planting, growing, and harvesting of crops while adhering to best practices for cultivation. Utilize power tools for various tasks related to equipment repair and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of plants to identify any signs of disease or pest issues, implementing appropriate IPM for control. Engage in some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required for transporting materials and products around the facility. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity within the cultivation area. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in cultivation is preferred. Familiarity with growing techniques and best practices in agriculture is essential. Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery is preferred. Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance is beneficial for this role.
