Multi-Information System Technician Medical Marijuana Industry

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented MIS Tech to join our growing medical marijuana production team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value attendance and reliability, and are looking for long-term career growth in a fast-growing industry.

You will be responsible for confirming completed products meet state compliance and company standards, as well as working within the company's information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Create work orders to be completed by the Packaging team. Perform final counts and compliance checks on products going into active inventory. Stay active and maintain communication within company systems such as Distru, monday, LeafLink, and Metrc. Follow company processes and standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors. Follow all OMMA and METRC compliance procedures.

Requirements:

Must pass a background check. Must be OMMA credentialed or willing to obtain credentials before the first shift. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior cannabis industry experience is welcome but not required.

Pay & Benefits:

$16 per hour Insurance benefits available after 60 days PTO accrual begins on your first day of work (usable after 60 days) On-the-job training provided
