Job Description
Seeking a motivated Cultivation Technician Assistant to support daily plant care and facility operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment. This position assists the cultivation team with all aspects of plant production while maintaining strict cleanliness and quality standards. General Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily plant care, including watering, feeding, transplanting, cloning, harvesting and monitoring general plant health.
- Perform pruning, defoliation, trellising, staking, and other canopy management tasks.
- Monitor cultivation areas and report plant health concerns, environmental issues, or equipment malfunctions..
- Clean and sanitize cultivation rooms, tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
- Ability to work in warm, humid, and physically demanding environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
