$12.00 / hour Active Transport Assignments:
$15.00 / hour (applied to all hours spent on road operations) Schedule Inventory hours 6:30-3:30 , Transport deliveries occasionally go as late as 8PM and regularly go past 5PM What you will do Most of your time will be spent executing core inventory operations, but you will serve as our primary cross trained backup transporter, filling in seamlessly when delivery demands spike. Core Inventory Functions:
Perform physical counts, weigh and record inventory, package products, assist in customer order fulfillment, and maintain accurate records. Backup Transport Functions:
Safely deliver and pick up company products and samples, manage compliance paperwork (manifests, labels, and tracking), and maintain strict security protocols for cash and inventory while in transit. Operational Excellence:
Coordinate logistics with sales teams, ensure vehicles are kept clean and in safe working order, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Licensing:
Must be currently licensed to work with cannabis in the state of Oklahoma. OMMA Credentialing:
Must be eligible and willing to obtain an OMMA Transporter Agent Card immediately upon hire (Method Grow will assist with this process). Background Screening:
Must pass an extensive criminal background check and credit check. Driving Record:
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record that meets company Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) standards. Physical Ability:
Must be regularly able to stand, walk, sit for long stretches, reach, occasionally climb ladders, and lift/move more than 50 pounds. Skills:
High level of attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and basic knowledge of spreadsheet software. Credit Score & Driving Record:
Must maintain a clean driving record with no violations and a good credit score Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
