Job Summary This hands-on position is responsible for supporting all stages of the plant lifecycle, including propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, harvesting, and post-harvest activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about plant health, has a flexible schedule, is eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Plant Care & Maintenance Assist with cloning, propagation, transplanting, and early vegetative plant care. Maintain plant health through proper watering, feeding, pruning, trellising, and defoliation. Support mother plant health and flowering room resets, plant movement, and room turnover. Identify and promptly report signs of plant stress, nutrient deficiencies, pests, or disease. Environmental Monitoring & Sanitation Monitor environmental room conditions such as temperature, humidity, lighting, CO₂, irrigation, and airflow. Assist with environmental adjustments as directed. Maintain strict sanitation and biosecurity standards to prevent pests and disease. Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and workspaces according to SOPs. Compliance, OMMA & METRC Support Follow OMMA regulations and internal SOPs related to flowering operations. Assist with proper plant tagging, tracking, and movement in METRC as directed. Accurately document plant counts, harvest activities, and plant waste. Support inspection readiness by maintaining clean, organized, and compliant flower rooms. Harvest & Post-Harvest Support Assist with harvest preparation, execution, and breakdown. Support plant takedown, weighing, and movement to post-harvest areas in compliance with OMMA rules. Follow approved procedures for handling and disposing of plant waste. Teamwork, Safety & Training Work collaboratively with flower, nursery, veg, and harvest teams. Follow direction from the Flower Manager and participate in ongoing training. Adhere to all facility safety protocols and cultivation best practices. Maintain consistent attendance and reliable work performance. Qualifications Required Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, agriculture, or plant care (professional or hands-on). Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory requirements accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks. Dependable work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. Preferred Oklahoma cannabis cultivation experience. Flower-room or harvest experience. Basic knowledge of OMMA regulations. Experience with METRC or similar seed-to-sale tracking systems. Physical & Work Requirements Full-time, on-site work in a cultivation facility. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to navigate narrow areas and climb 6' or 8' ladders. Ability to work in warm, humid environments. Must meet all OMMA eligibility requirements for employment in the Oklahoma medical marijuana industry.

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
