Whole-crop stewardship:

Guiding crops from seed and cutting to high-quality finished plants

IPM:

reduce reliance on pesticides using scouting and beneficial insects Collaborate with company leaders to develop crop plans Contribute to continuous improvement and company growth initiatives What we're looking for A degree in Horticulture or 4+ years of hands-on greenhouse production experience preferred Someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and works well with others Someone who sees every crop as a chance to grow How to Apply Please send your resume and cover letter to careers@peoriagardens.com .
