Our crew travels to Lebanon, Jefferson, Albany, Tangent, and occasionally to the Monmouth area.

Main responsibilities:

Working alongside the Owner to run the baling crew Working with local vendors for repairs, parts, etc. Fixing, providing maintenance, or cleaning equipment Parts run (as needed) Driving the crew Directing crew on the road with equipment During off seasons- Providing overhaul maintenance to equipment Basic mechanic tasks Cleaning shop and equipment Assisting in hazelnut orchards Assisting in the seed warehouse Requirements for the position: Clean driving record Experience operating tractors, rakes, balers, and stackers.
