Cannabis Grow Team Member - Full Time We bring new team members on through a paid working interview. This allows us to see your work ethic and how you collaborate with the team, while also giving you a chance to experience the role and make sure it's a good fit all around. To be considered, you must already have an active OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit and currently reside in the Bend or Central Oregon area . Please do not apply if you do not have a permit or live outside of Central Oregon . Once your permit is in place, we'd be happy to move forward and continue the conversation! We are a licensed OLCC cannabis farm located in beautiful Central Oregon, and we're currently seeking detail-oriented, reliable individuals to join our Grow Team full time. This is a physical, fast-paced, and rewarding role that requires care, focus, and respect for the plant at every stage.

What We're Looking For:

We value team members who show up with a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a genuine respect for the plants and process. You'll be working directly with our cultivation team, assisting in plant care, harvest, and facility upkeep.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of cannabis cultivation or harvesting experience (non-traditional experience welcomed) 1+ year of landscaping, farming, or outdoor labor experience Familiarity with growing techniques and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Experience driving a truck and trailer (preferred) Forklift certification (a plus)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, crouch, kneel, twist, bend, reach, and climb as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions

Must be 21 or older Must have reliable transportation Must hold a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit No cannabis experience? No problem. If you have a solid background in landscaping, farming, or construction and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you. We're open to training the right candidate with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

7-9 hour shifts Monday through Friday Occasional weekends as needed
