Cannabis Cultivation Technician / Garden WorkerEugene, OregonFull-Time / Part-Time Depending on Production NeedsPosition Summary Indulge Distribution is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation Technician (Garden Worker) to join our Eugene cultivation team. This position works directly alongside our Grow Manager and cultivation staff to support all aspects of cannabis cultivation, from cloning and vegetative growth through harvest, room resets, and facility maintenance. The primary focus of this role is Vegetative (VEG) plant care, while also providing support in flower rooms, harvest operations, facility cleaning, and cultivation projects as needed. This is a hands-on position with variable daily workloads. Depending on cultivation cycles and operational needs, some days may require only a few hours of work while other days may require full shifts. We are looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining high standards without constant supervision. Key ResponsibilitiesVegetative Plant Care Clone preparation and propagation Plant transplanting and up-potting Watering and irrigation support Nutrient mixing and feeding Pruning, topping, and plant training Mother plant maintenance Monitoring plant health and growth Flower Room Support Trellising and canopy management Defoliation and plant maintenance Environmental monitoring Irrigation checks Harvest preparation Harvest support and plant breakdown Room resets between cultivation cycles Facility & Cultivation Operations Assist with cleaning and sanitizing grow rooms Sweep, mop, and maintain cultivation areas Organize tools, supplies, and workspaces Assist with inventory counts and supply management Support facility maintenance projects as needed Help maintain cultivation records and operational documentation Plant Health Monitoring Monitor for pests, disease, mold, mildew, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress Report issues immediately to management Follow established SOPs and cultivation procedures Assist with preventative maintenance and sanitation programs Harvest & Post-Harvest Support Harvest plants according to production schedules Assist with drying and curing processes Trim and process harvested flower Prepare material for transfer to manufacturing and production departments What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Takes pride in their work Has strong attention to detail Maintains a clean and organized work area Shows up consistently and on time Can work independently with minimal supervision Communicates effectively with management Is willing to learn and grow with the company Understands that cultivation is both agricultural work and facility maintenance work This position requires someone who is comfortable cleaning, organizing, and maintaining cultivation spaces—not just working with plants. QualificationsRequired Must be 21 years of age or older Valid government-issued identification Eligible to work in the cannabis industry under Oregon regulations Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods Reliable transportation Strong attendance and reliability Preferred Cannabis cultivation experience Agricultural, greenhouse, nursery, landscaping, or farming experience Experience with irrigation systems Experience working in highly regulated environments Cannabis cultivation experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
