Full-Time About Us The Dope Depot is a licensed Oregon cannabis company dedicated to producing premium-quality flower and cannabis products through compliant, sustainable, and efficient cultivation practices. Our cultivation team plays a critical role in maintaining plant health, consistency, and quality from clone to harvest. Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cultivation Team Members to support daily cultivation operations. This role involves hands-on plant care, facility maintenance, and adherence to strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows SOPs closely, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily plant care, including watering, feeding, pruning, training, and transplanting. Assist with cloning, veg, and flowering room tasks. Identify and report plant health issues, pests, or deficiencies. Support harvest, drying, trimming, and post-harvest processing. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cultivation rooms and equipment. Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines. Accurately track plant movement and assist with METRC compliance. Work collaboratively with cultivation leadership to meet production goals. Maintain compliance with OLCC regulations and company policies at all times. Qualifications 1+ year of cultivation, agriculture, or horticulture experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome). Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work on feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain/maintain an OLCC worker permit.
