Job Description
Position Summary The Cultivation Technician supports daily operations across outdoor cultivation, indoor cultivation as needed, harvest, and post-production. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on outdoor cultivation while flexing across departments to support year-round farm operations, plant health, product quality, and regulatory compliance. Duties & Responsibilities Perform plant care including planting, transplanting, pruning, training, defoliation, trellising, and harvest Execute irrigation tasks such as monitoring soil moisture, mixing/applying nutrients and compost teas, filling reservoirs, and logging feed schedules Apply foliar sprays and support pest management and sanitation practices Assist with irrigation systems, basic equipment upkeep, and general farm maintenance Flex into indoor cultivation rooms as needed Assist with harvest activities including cutting, bucking, sorting, weighing, and moving plant material Handle dry material including hanging, moving, monitoring, and environmental tracking Assist with packaging and production workflows, including bulk flower and pre-roll processing Weigh and organize bulk material for compliance tagging, production preparation, and waste tracking Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards Accurately package and label products prior to transfers Support production schedules and material readiness Maintain inventory counts of product, packaging materials, tools, and supplies Follow all OLCC, ODA, and OSHA regulations Maintain accurate records and follow sanitation and contamination prevention protocols Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or willingness to obtain Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills We're proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
