Job Description
Irrigation Technician GT Landscape Solutions Join a Team That Values Skill, Quality, and Growth GT Landscape Solutions is looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and helping clients maintain healthy, beautiful landscapes, we'd like to hear from you. As our irrigation specialist, you'll diagnose and repair irrigation systems, improve water efficiency, identify enhancement opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to our commercial landscape clients. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, including valves, wiring, controllers, sprinkler heads, piping, and electrical components Perform irrigation start-ups, winterizations, inspections, and preventative maintenance Program irrigation controllers and central control systems Troubleshoot irrigation issues to improve plant health and water conservation Prepare repair estimates and recommend system improvements Identify additional repair and enhancement opportunities during service visits Complete work orders accurately using mobile technology Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams Work safely while delivering high-quality workmanship What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of professional irrigation experience Strong troubleshooting skills with commercial irrigation systems Experience with irrigation controllers, valves, electrical diagnostics, and two-wire systems Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in doing the job right the first time Enjoys solving technical problems Communicates well with customers and teammates Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated Looks for opportunities to improve irrigation systems and add value for clients Represents the company professionally every day Why Join GT Landscape Solutions?
