Greenhouse Worker

We are a nationally known, rapidly growing perennial plant nursery looking for individuals interested in learning about plant care and propagation in a dynamic greenhouse environment. No prior experience needed, just a desire to grow. Creek Hill Nursery's strength is in our rare culture, a dedicated group of plant geeks. The work is fresh and educating every day and with our rapid growth comes opportunity to advance and make a career of horticulture. This full time entry level position will place candidates in a varied greenhouse setting in our peaceful East Earl location, with duties ranging from planting new plants, cleaning and picking material for our weekly shipping and gathering and moving plants between greenhouses as well as operating the soil machine to prepare trays for new production. The position comes with a robust benefits package including health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation that increases over time, sick time and paid holidays.

12/hr with a 60 day review up to 13/hr
