Job Description

The requirements of a field worker are as follows: Able to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time Being able to be on your feet for long periods of time Being able to pick up at least 75lbs Able to bend, lift and kneel
Repetitive Motion Other Job Duties:
as part of your job you may be asked to do things that do not pertain to the "crops" such as Helping with hay Help pick rock Laying straw Wreath Making Garlic Cleaning Pulling plastic Pulling sticks
