Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Poultry Processor & Farm Hand to join our team at Nature's Grove Farm. This position will involve assisting with the processing and packaging of our pasture-raised poultry as well as various farm chores.
Responsibilities:
Aid in the processing of poultry under the guidance of experienced staff. Learn and assist with our specific cutting and packaging procedures. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Complete farm chores as needed Possible delivery route available Respect and gentle handling of livestock
Qualifications:
Experience in meat cutting or butchering is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Must have reliable transportation. Willingness to follow strict safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training on food safety practices Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks
