Job Description

A well-established agribusiness in Northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable Ag Operator to support daily operations across grain and fertilizer facilities. This is a full-time, hands-on role with year-round stability, overtime opportunities, and the chance to grow within a stable organization. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily grain elevator and fertilizer plant operations, including receiving, blending, drying, and shipping products Operate and maintain equipment such as conveyors, grain dryers, forklifts, and loaders (training provided) Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner Support shop and facility maintenance, including basic mechanical repairs and upkeep Perform tasks at heights or in physically demanding environments when required Provide flexible support across departments, stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn Farming or ag-related background preferred (grain, fertilizer, equipment operation, farm hand, ect..) Basic math skills and common sense required Forklift certification a plus (will train & certify if needed) Must be able to drive a manual pickup + trailer hauling experience CDL a plus but not required Comfortable working extended hours and 6 days/week during peak seasons (planting and harvest) Compensastion/benefits Competitive hourly pay with potential for performance-based increases after 90 days Benefits, PTO, paid holidays Year-round, full-time work with long-term stability Opportunities for advancement
