Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales relationships with: oCommercial cannabis growers oGreenhouse operators oDistributors and wholesalers Sell commercial-grade, high-efficiency LED grow lighting solutions Leverage factory-direct pricing and U.S. in-stock inventory to win competitive projects Serve as a subject-matter expert on utility company rebate and incentive programs Guide customers through the full rebate process: oUtility pre-approval oDLC qualification verification oApplication documentation oPost-installation coordination Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity using CRM tools Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in LED grow lighting or horticultural lighting sales Prior employment with one or more of the following companies is strongly preferred: oHawthorne Gardening Company oHydrofarm oGrowGeneration oFluence oGrower's Choice o

Demonstrated experience working with U.S. utility rebate programs Strong understanding of: oDLC horticultural lighting requirements oPPE / PPF and energy efficiency metrics oCommercial cannabis cultivation operations Outgoing, relationship-driven personality with strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with commercial growers or distributor networks Experience selling large-scale retrofit or new-build lighting projects Familiarity with rebate programs in California, Oregon, Colorado, Massachusetts, or New York Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary High commission structure with no cap (uncapped commission) Strong pricing authority to close deals efficiently Remote work flexibility (Work From Home) U.S.-based inventory enabling faster order fulfillment Long-term career growth with a manufacturer-led organization Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity.
