Irrigation Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Irrigation Technician to join our dynamic landscape maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution across various landscapes. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators when needed Conduct routine inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions and perform timely repairs Adjust irrigation schedules based on weather conditions, landscape requirements, and seasonal changes to optimize water efficiency Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, and general horticultural practices Operate construction equipment safely during installation projects and ensure all work complies with safety standards Maintain accurate records of system repairs, installations, and inspections for reporting purposes Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to support overall landscaping and horticulture projects Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working on irrigation systems and related equipment Familiarity with landscaping, lawn care, horticulture practices, and general landscape maintenance Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery such as excavators safely and effectively Knowledge of irrigation technology and troubleshooting techniques Strong understanding of land management principles related to landscaping and horticulture Prior experience working with landscaping or construction teams is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety standards Join us in delivering exceptional outdoor environments!
