Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties
- Perform regular inspections and repairs on existing irrigation systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems
- Adjust and program irrigation controllers for optimal water usage
- Collaborate with landscaping team to ensure proper irrigation coverage for plants and lawns
- Monitor water usage and make recommendations for water conservation
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
- Experience working with power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, including how to install, repair, and maintain them
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care and plant care
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics related to irrigation systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including digging trenches for irrigation lines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
