Job Description
We are an expanding Wholesale Plant Nursery looking to build a great team. At Pond View Gardens we specialize in growing Perennials and Hydrangeas. We are currently hiring for a Nursery Assistant position. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This position will be primarily accountable for operational tasks at the nursery including watering and plant production.
Position:
Nursery Assistant Job Type:
Full-Time and Part-Time, Seasonal (Now- October 31)
Full-Time Hours:
8:00 AM- 4:00 PM.
Part-Time Hours:
8:00 AM start. At least 20 hours/week. Must be able to work Sundays. 4Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Hand watering perennials 2. Loading orders onto delivery trucks 3. Plant Production- Filling pots with soil, potting up plugs and bare root material, fertilizing 4. Spacing and Pruning

Compensation :
