Brightview Development is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our construction landscape team. The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems. The ideal candidate should have a Experience in Irrigation and possess a strong knowledge of irrigation techniques and equipment. - Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for commercial and residential properties.
- Perform system assessments to identify and troubleshoot issues, including leaks, broken pipes, and faulty valves.
- Test and inspect irrigation systems for proper functioning and coverage.
- Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to plan and install irrigation systems for new construction projects.
- Operate and maintain irrigation equipment and tools, such as trenchers, pipe cutters, and backflow preventers.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two year of experience in irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including pipes, valves, sprinklers, and timers.
- Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans and blueprints.
- Familiarity with irrigation equipment and tools commonly used in the industry.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing irrigation system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
