Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Technician is responsible for ensuring that inventory and data entry into the seed-to-sale inventory tracking system is accurate for the cultivation, manufacturing, and retail facilities. The Compliance Technician will facilitate and track inventory transfers between multiple licenses, ensure maintenance of an accurate digital representation of all aspects of cannabis production within the facilities, and ensure that any discrepancies are reported to the appropriate parties at NNC and reconciled thusly. The Compliance Technician will Assist NNC Management with the collection of samples for submission to a third-party testing laboratory and associated data entry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist NNC Management with ensuring inventory management and reports within the cultivation, manufacturing, and retail facility are accurately maintained o Reconciling daily inventory o Reconciling monthly and yearly inventories o Reconciling inventory management of all plants and products Follow Testing Protocols and Procedures o Including sample collection and submission to the lab for testing, as well as associated data entry Assist NNC Management with tracking and disposing of waste within the cultivation, manufacturing, and retail facilities Assist NNC Management with the completion of data entry for all stages of the Cannabis plant's life cycle including, but not limited to: o Creating new seeds o Creating clones o Tracking Veg o Scanning Transplants o Tracking Harvest Weight o Printing out required plant tags o Removing plants from system o Sample collection and testing results Coordinate with NNC Management to facilitate product transfers and deliveries Maintain FIFO product cycling Assist NNC Management with various audits within the cultivation, manufacturing, and retail facilities Assist NNC Management with ensuring compliant operations throughout the facilities o Cleanliness, packaging, adjustments, etc. Work with NNC Management to ensure standard operating procedures are established, recorded, and followed Assist NNC Management with product intake duties as needed Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISION REQUIRED
The Employee would be self-motivated and work well with moderate supervision. The Employee is to maintain clear, direct communication with NNC Leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
All positions require a minimum of a criminal background check to a maximum of an adjudicated
P.L. 101-630
character and criminal background check. High school diploma or equivalent Cannabis industry experience preferred Previous Inventory experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to critically think Ability to collaborate across departments
