Job Description
Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking a motivated and dependable Agricultural Equipment Operator / Laborer to join our custom manure application and pumping operation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with modern agricultural equipment, gain valuable industry experience, and grow with a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities Operate agricultural equipment used for manure pumping and application Assist with laying out and retrieving drag hose systems Set up, maintain, and monitor pumps and support equipment Perform general labor associated with manure application operations Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of equipment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Travel to various job sites as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and positive attitude Mechanical experience is a plus CDL is beneficial but not required Agricultural background preferred but not required Schedule Flexible hours during summer and winter months Long hours during spring and fall application seasons Some overnight travel may be required Benefits (Available after successful completion of a 180-day probationary period) Medical insurance reimbursement Paid time off (PTO) Cell phone reimbursement Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Ongoing training and career development Why Join Us?
