Grow Manager

Duties Develop and implement comprehensive growing strategies for plants across different environments, including greenhouses, outdoor gardens, and farms Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and water conservation practices Monitor plant health through regular inspections, identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies using plant identification skills Oversee planting, pruning, fertilizing, harvesting, and other horticultural activities with precision and care Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely to maintain growing areas and perform heavy lifting as needed Coordinate with team members to ensure all gardening tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining safety standards Track growth progress using basic math skills to measure plant development and record data for ongoing improvements Requirements Proven experience in growing plants, horticulture, or farming environments with hands-on greenhouse or outdoor cultivation experience Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, and land management techniques Familiarity with gardening tools, mechanical knowledge of equipment used in cultivation settings, and ability to perform heavy lifting safely Ability to identify various plants accurately and understand their specific needs for optimal growth Basic math skills for measuring growth metrics and managing schedules effectively Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for outdoor work tasks Excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude toward plant care and project management Join us as a Grow Manager to cultivate vibrant green spaces while advancing your expertise in horticulture, agriculture, landscaping, and outdoor cultivation!
