In charge of Organization of used materials and proper removal of tapes, inks, chemicals on screens and tools. Prepares all screens for production, then brings the screens to the appropriate machine in a timely manner. Reclaimer utilizes Eco-Tex to help reclaim screens and recirculation booths to reclaim tools. It is your responsibility to ensure quality frames and tools are ready for next departments Top Priorities Quality Control of screen Reclaim , Squeegees, floodbars, spatulas cleaning Maintenance of equipment Keep area clean and floors mopped of excess water Position Duties Responsible for keeping a safe work environment and ensure tools and equipment is in proper working order Responsible for accurate washout, proper tapping technique and ensuring no fish eyes , ink or chemical is left in the screen Responsible for staging clean screens in racks to the hot box for drying Responsible for delivering Clean squeegees and spatulas Responsible for the removal of emulsion and ink on all frames Responsible for ensuring tools such as Squeegees, flood bars and Spatulas are clean and in proper working condition and are not damaged Responsible for the Maintenance and upkeep of the equipment Always demonstrates the utmost professionalism to all employees Independent problem solving Capable to work in a fast paced environment Clean and grease equipment according to maintenance logs. Report all issues/errors to the Production Manager. Being Flexible of altering in position due to work flow needs of the day Must make sure the workstation is clean and organized every day.
