Basic Job Requirements:
Exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing/pulling, sitting/walking, frequent stooping or bending over, repetitive movements. Employers have drug screen requirements.
Details:
Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties under SOC Code 45-2091 such as: Irrigate soil using center pivots and maintain irrigation systems; Confer with managers to make decisions such as soil moisture profile condition, crop progress, and irrigation requirements; Mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions into containers; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery such as pumps, irrigation motors, sprinklers; Notify supervisor when irrigation system malfunctions.
