Temporary work from 7/1/26 - 5/1/27. Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops such as working with bins and augers to load carts and trailers; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate large farm equipment and machinery (much of which is equipped with RTK GPS) like S series John Deere combine, sprayer, cotton picker, front wheel and four wheel assist tractor, pickup, UTV, etc. for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, spraying, planting, moving, storing, harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as corn, rice, grain sorghum; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags; Assist with the operation of irrigation systems for watering crops; Prepare combines and headers for harvest; Operate sprayers such as John Deere 4038 with 120' booms for applying burn down on grain sorghum; Drive farm vehicle such as pickup or service truck to obtain items like fertilizer, seed, machine parts. Must speak and understand English.
