Details:
Operate stationary equipment such as dryer, cleaner, gin stand, linter to perform post-harvest tasks such as ginning; take down, repair, and rebuild machinery, record weights and other identifying information including weight of bale and seed; manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery; drive truck to haul crop to and from gin storage and fields; guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines; observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions; daily upkeep and cleaning of equipment while ginning, clean and maintain the cotton module yard. •
