Brenham, Texas CatSpring Yaupon is seeking a reliable individual to join our harvest crew. This hands-on role supports the sustainable harvest of Yaupon Holly in Central Texas. The ideal candidate has experience with agricultural equipment, food production and is an independent, reliable worker. About the Company CatSpring Yaupon is a Texas-based company that grows, harvests, and processes Yaupon Tea. We manage our harvesting sites and production facility and are looking for dependable workers to join our crew. This position supports both harvesting and teahouse operations. Work will be split between outdoor fieldwork and indoor tea processing. Job Responsibilities Support the Harvest Excavator Operator in day-to-day operation and harvest, including: station set up, leaf unloading, stick removal, station break down, loading for transportation, unloading, and sifting. Harvest yaupon using handheld and mechanical tools. Assist with tea processing, drying, packaging, and warehouse organization. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment. Follow safety and cleanliness standards in both field and warehouse environments. Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly. Must have a valid driver's license. Able to work in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, mud, insects, and wildlife. Able to follow directions and work well with a small team. Reliable transportation to work near Brenham, TX. Preferred Experience Experience in agriculture, ranch work, or landscaping Machine operation experience including farm equipment, excavators, small motors, etc Basic mechanical or equipment repair skills. Experience in food manufacturing or processing environments. Job Details Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday schedule, 8am-4pm, with occasional opportunities for extended hours. Pay $16/hour Paid 30 minute lunch break No additional benefits at this time
