Job Description
Irrigation Technician Lone Star Property Services Do you like working outdoors? Do you enjoy fixing things? Do you take pride in a job done right? If you said yes — keep reading. Lone Star Property Services is growing, and we're looking for an Irrigation Technician to join our team. Experience is great… but not required. We will train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a great attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, pipes, and sprinkler heads. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues such as leaks, clogs, or malfunctions in the irrigation system. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with irrigation equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments. Collaborate with landscape designers and maintenance teams to ensure irrigation systems meet the needs of specific landscapes. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and service reports. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Required Experience:
Irrigation Tech or Irrigator license preferred but not required Ability to work in, and appreciate, very hot days, very cold days, rainy days, and beautiful days. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Valid license and clean driving history. Be able to lift 40+ lbs consistently, rotate, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time. Have good organizational and time management skills. Must be 18 years or older Must pass a drug test and background checkBenefits:
