Landscape Maintenance Project Manager Job Status:
Full-Time Job Summary Align with AquaGreen Global's mission and vision statement to provide exceptional commercial landscape services by working with the landscape construction team members in an efficient manner. Responsibilities Administrative Confirm all company and project safety rules and regulations are maintained. Maintain irrigation appearance and stock inventory of the company vehicle. Read construction plans irrigation components are installed appropriately. Ensure the proper functioning of irrigation systems by inspecting, programming and adjusting each system. Coordinate and properly install irrigation of point of connections per construction documents (if requested). Document irrigation findings through Excel spreadsheet and/or on paper. Ensure daily tasks from Project Manager are completed within allotted time each day. Provide team management, training, and evaluation responsibilities with contributions from Project Manager. All other duties as assigned. Construction Basic knowledge of irrigation controllers and rain freeze sensors. A general knowledge of pipe sizes, fittings, spray heads, rotors, drip components, and remote valves. Troubleshooting skills in regards to 2-wires paths and conventional wiring. Read construction plans irrigation components are installed appropriately. Install, maintain, and repair controller valves and electrical components. Basic understanding of volt ohm meter and wiring tracing devices. All other duties as assigned. Miscellaneous Manage irrigation inventory at corporate office and vehicles. Assist irrigation installation crews with labor to complete projects in a timely matter. Apply chemical application such as pesticides and herbicides. All other duties as assigned Qualifications Education and/or Experience 3 years minimum of commercial irrigation experience preferred. High School diploma or GED preferred. Skills/Specialized Skills Ability to speak multiple languages, English and Spanish, is a preferred. Read and write English. Ability to adapt to daily schedule changes.
Good communication skills:
verbal, written, and listening. Attention to detail. Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills. Applicant must have a mode of transportation and valid driver license.
