Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Irrigation Technician to join our dynamic landscape maintenance team. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators when necessary Conduct routine inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions and perform timely repairs Adjust sprinkler heads and valves to ensure even water distribution across lawns and landscaped areas Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to integrate irrigation solutions with overall lawn care and landscaping projects Maintain accurate records of system installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for client files and compliance purposes Follow safety protocols during all operations, including the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery Provide expert advice on irrigation best practices and water conservation techniques to clients Qualifications Valid state-issued license as an Irrigation Technician or equivalent certification demonstrating professional competency Proven experience working with irrigation systems, lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture principles Strong mechanical knowledge related to irrigation components, land grading, and the use of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators for system installation or repair work Knowledge of landscaping techniques, including turf management and general land preparation Ability to operate construction equipment safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to diagnose issues accurately Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful landscapes through innovative irrigation solutions!
