Temporary work 3/05/26 - 1/1/27. Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Record information about crops such as pesticide use, yields, or costs; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment such as servicing gear boxes and unplugging nozzles; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and selfpropelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) such as CS 690 cotton stripper, 1730 sprayer to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as wheat, milo, corn, cotton, squash and pumpkins; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to employer's fields, load employer's crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags in close proximity to the farm; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Maintain inventory; Trap and destroy pests such as moles, gophers, and mice; Repair farm structures; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Attach implements using hand tools; Position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers. Must be able to speak and understand English.
