Temporary work from: 3/15/26 - 1/15/27. Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy skills are required. Job will require periods when workers may be exposed to varying weather conditions and extensive sitting, walking, stooping, bending, or repetitive movements. Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to plant, spray, cultivate, harvest crops. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements including but not limited to grain carts, equipment that utilizes GPS and auto-guidance systems, self-propelled sprayers, combines, mowers, UTVs, cotton strippers, cotton boll buggies, cotton module builders, front end loaders, ditch diggers, excavator, bulldozer, and forklift. Job also requires performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, pivot points and other irrigation systems, buildings, and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, property boarders, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; regularly servicing equipment; changing oil on equipment; load and unload grain tanks with grain.
