Role:

This position is hands-on, physical, and essential to our weekly operations. You'll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and staying active throughout the shift. Accuracy, speed, and teamwork are critical to success in this role.

Please note:

What You'll Do:

• Load/Unload and Transport full van loads between locations using our company vehicle (for now, an easy to drive Honda Odyssey van)
• Home Deliveries
• Pack members' food orders with care and accuracy
• Deliver orders directly to members' vehicles during pickup
• Create a friendly, welcoming experience for everyone you interact with
• Help with various tasks to keep things running smoothly This is NOT an administrative position in any capacity.

Work Hours & Schedule:

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule of up to 25 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business.

• Shifts are scheduled as needed, Monday through Thursday (sometimes Friday), with lengths ranging from 4 to 8 hours, depending on workload.
• This is an "as scheduled" position with no guaranteed or set days/hours; weekly hours will vary based on operational needs.

This flexible scheduling allows us to staff efficiently and respond to changing weekly demands.

What We're Looking For:

• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and stay active on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Friendly and engaging
• someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and communicates easily with our members
• Safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record (valid driver's license required;

MINIMUM 5

years driving experience)

• Flexible and happy to pitch in wherever needed You MUST have reliable transportation to get to/from work. Comfortable with Outdoor Work
• Although much of your work will be indoors, you'll spend a significant amount of time outdoors, loading and unloading vehicles and assisting members. If you're uncomfortable with Texas weather conditions, this role may not be the best fit. Holiday Availability
• This position requires availability during holiday weeks and on some holidays, as these are peak times for us.

We are closed only on July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
