Conduct various cattle ranching activities, such as: feeding of cattle, repairing water lines, operating a tractor, planting hay in spring, general ranch maintenance activities, caring for cattle in cow-calf operation, constructing and maintaining livestock buildings, animal veterinary care, horse back riding, herding of cattle in corrals, and pastures, roping cattle on horseback, basic ranch vehicle maintenance, basic ranch equipment maintenance, and maintenance structures. 1 hour meal break & other related Farmworker activities as per
SOC/OES 45-2093
(onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
