Temporary work 4/14/2026 - 2/14/2027. Requires 6 months experience. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate driver's license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Lift up to 50 lbs. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Worker to assist with daily operations on our farm. Responsibilities include general farm maintenance, cleaning facilities, operating machinery, assisting with livestock (if applicable), and performing various manual tasks as needed. Experience with tractors or other farm equipment is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to work in various weather conditions, and willing to take on a variety of tasks to support the farm's success. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: apply products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc; clean work areas; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; maintain grounds and landscaping; maintain inventory; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating; tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops; use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, knives, wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: forklift, irrigation equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc., self-propelled machinery, tractors.
