The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and irrigation systems, with the ability to build, install, and maintain irrigation systems for various landscapes. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution. Utilize hand tools and power tools to build and modify irrigation components. Dig trenches for pipes and cables as needed for system installation. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues or areas for improvement. Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to integrate irrigation solutions into overall lawn care and garden management. Provide recommendations for optimizing water usage and improving system performance. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system specifications. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot irrigation systems effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Ability to dig trenches and perform physical labor as required by the job. Familiarity with various irrigation techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
