Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Cannabis Indoor Grower to join our dynamic cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the indoor growing environment to produce high-quality cannabis plants. Your expertise will help ensure optimal plant health, yield, and quality through precise cultivation practices. Duties Set up and maintain indoor grow rooms, including lighting, ventilation, and climate control systems to create ideal growing conditions. Monitor and adjust irrigation systems to ensure plants receive proper watering schedules and nutrient delivery. Cultivate cannabis plants by pruning, training, and supporting growth to maximize yield and quality. Identify plant health issues such as pests, diseases, or deficiencies and implement appropriate treatments. Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for tasks like trimming, harvesting, and plant maintenance. Maintain detailed records of plant growth stages, environmental conditions, and cultivation activities for compliance and quality control. Assist with harvesting, curing, and packaging processes while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Qualifications Proven growing experience in indoor horticulture or cannabis cultivation environments. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant identification, and horticultural best practices. Experience with greenhouse or outdoor gardening is a plus but not required; outdoor work experience is beneficial. Mechanical knowledge related to climate control equipment, lighting systems, and hand tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling plants or supplies. Basic math skills for measuring nutrients, adjusting environmental settings, and record keeping. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to plant care and troubleshooting issues promptly.
